In-Store Pickup

Pick up your appliance directly from our London showroom at your convenience. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours of purchase, and our team will notify you as soon as your unit is prepped.

Professional hookup is available for $30 on eligible appliances (Refrigerators, Washers, and Dryers) and can be added directly on the product page:

  • Refrigerators: Connected to existing water supply.
  • Washers: Connected to existing water supply and drain — includes a brand new set of hoses.
  • Dryers: Connected to existing exhaust — includes a brand new set of vents.
Please Note: Hookup is not available for dishwashers or gas ranges (delivery and old appliance removal remain available).

Replacing an older appliance? We offer Free old appliance removal and recycling upon delivery. Free removal can be selected directly on the product page when purchasing your appliance.

Existing appliances must be disconnected and empty prior to driver arrival.
